Home has always meant more to me than just a place to live. Having lived all across the country, I've experienced firsthand the impact a thoughtfully designed home can have on everyday life. Every move became an opportunity to create a home that was warm, welcoming, and uniquely ours. And when it was time to sell, preparing our home to make a memorable first impression became second nature. Those experiences inspired me to create Liv Ready Home Staging & Design.

Intake Call
During our complimentary discovery call, we listen to your needs and gather key details about your property and goals. We’ll discuss your timeline, budget, and expectations. We will also answer any questions to ensure you feel confident in our services.
Schedule
Once we’ve identified your needs, we schedule your service at a time that works best for you. For consultations and staging, we may request photos of your space to streamline planning. You'll receive a confirmation with all details, including service date, time, and any preparation steps you need to take.
Day of Service
On the day of service, our team arrives promptly and gets to work. For cleaning, we ensure every inch of your property is spotless and market-ready. During consultations, we provide a detailed walkthrough and actionable recommendations to enhance your property’s appeal. For staging, we carefully curate and arrange accessories to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that highlights your property’s best features.
Follow Up
After the service, we’ll check in to ensure your expectations were met—or exceeded! If you need additional services or have follow-up questions, we’re happy to assist. Our goal is to leave you fully satisfied and confident that your property is ready to make a great impression on buyers or renters.
